Revenue rose by 20% annually to Rs 1,284 crore between FY20 and FY22, while net profit dropped by 16% to Rs 76.4 crore. Revenue growth was driven by the acquisition of SGS. This however resulted in a sharp drop in the operating margin before depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA margin) to 11.3% in FY22 from 16.8% in FY20.
